Prices include:
- VAT, water, heating, electricity, WI-FI connection, lift;
- Parking space in the garage (each apartment is entitled to one parking space);
- Bed, bath and sauna linen, ski room with boot dryer and dedicated locker, bike depot;
- Wellness area with Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, aroma shower, ice waterfall and relaxation area with herbal teas (for the exclusive use of each apartment upon reservation);
- Large fitness area with more than 20 Technogym equipment;
- 2 large gardens with outdoor furniture and barbecue area (in summer);
- Covered and furnished area for dining with friends (reserved for house guests in summer);
- Green golf, sandpit with games, table tennis, table football, badminton rackets, MTB rental (limited availability), during the summer season;
- Outdoor jacuzzi (only in the summer);
- Skibus and citybus tickets;
Prices do not include:
- The tourist tax;
- Final cleaning costs, which include a mid-week cleaning. Final cleaning for apartments Cortina and Kitzbühel: 180.00 Euro; Courchevel and St. Moritz: 220.00 Euro. Final cleaning for apartment San Vigilio: 250.00 Euro;

Reservation and confirmation deposit:
The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the stay and the receipt of our written confirmation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer to:

Payment modes:
The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:
- In cash for total amounts of less than 1999.99 Euro until 31.12.21 by the day before departure;
- In cash for total amounts of less than 999.99 Euro from 01.01.22 by the day before departure;
- By bank transfer or bank check (in this case the payment of the stay should be transferred at least 3 days before your departure);
- By credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and debit card;
Cancellation policy:
(according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006)
- If the cancellation is communicated 90 days before arrival: the deposit will be refunded;
- If the cancellation is communicated between 90 and 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total price is charged;
- If the cancellation is communicated between 30 and 9 days before arrival: 70% of the total price is charged;
- Less than 8 days before arrival, late arrivals, lower number of guests, early departures or no-show: 90% of the total price is charged;
In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.
Check-in and check-out:
Check-in: from 3 p.m. till 9 p.m. (after 9 p.m. upon prior agreement).
Check-out: till 9.30 a.m.
Travel insurance:
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.
Pets:
Upon prior agreement, we accept pets (no puppies) at the price of 15.00 Euro per pet per day, provided that their owners never leave their pets alone in the apartments and undertake entire responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in all apartments and common areas.
Furniture:
We ask our guests to take good care of the high quality furniture and the fine textiles of our house.
